The Role of Tobacco in Cigarette Production

In various products like cigarettes, cigars,and pipe tobacco the plant that is cultivated for its leaves which are turned into a product and consumed by smokers Tobbacco. In the production of cigarettes, Tobacco leaves are dried and cured first to which a mix of other ingredients is added resulting in finished product freshly smoked by many today. Cigarettes: With a view to appeal to broad consumer preferences, the tobacco industry uses varied tobacco types and blends in their cigarettes creating unique flavors and strengths.

Tobacco leaves are handpicked, dried then cured for weeks to months in the first of production stages in making a cigarette. Afterward, the leaves are carefully trimmed out and sorted according to quality that is separating them in terms of shape & size. After that, the tobacco is mixed with several different ingredients like... flavors and fillers etc. Then made into shape by putting in to a rolling machine where it becomes cigarette!
